I was responsible for utilizing the Lender Development Program to assist credit union lenders increase protection solution sales. I provided ongoing coaching and motivation to build relationships and strengthen management commitment via face-to-face or virtual channels. I finished 2016 at 100% credit insurance premium to goal; 180% Guaranteed Asset Protection to goal; and 157% Auto Referrals to goal. I was instrumental in the support of the implementation of a new product by showing the greatest focus on the utilization of the tool in a way that positively impacted results. As Client Development Manager, I specialized in the sale and delivery of value added insurance and financial services products in LA, MS, and TX. I introduced Identity Theft Solutions, Reward Programs, and web-based technology to clients and prospects. I was one of a handful of employees selected to implement a Branding Initiative to all staff nationwide. In 2009, I grew the car warranty business by 71% in LA and increased loan protection premium by 5% in TX.

In 2005, Securian Financial Services and Allied Solutions merged, transitioning field staff to Allied Solutions. I was responsible for the implementation of new clients, products, and program changes. I worked closely with clients and internal staff and provided customer training to over 500+ participants each year. Based on company needs, I shifted from account management to selling when needed. I sold two credit insurance cases and a loan automation system.
