I have been working as a Psychometrician for 3 years and 7 months. One of my major tasks is to facilitate psychological tests to both students and employee applicants in response to admission & screening process. Eventually, I was assigned as the assistant to our HR Officer at the same company I have been working with for the past 4 years. I was exposed to various functions of the HR office that made me familiar with different duties and responsibilities of an HR practitioner.Additionally, I have gained my knowledge and exposure in recruitment from my on the job training. I was able to handle the recruitment processes up to onboarding of newly hired employees.
