- Focus on Corporate IT positions and responsible for whole process of recruitment of middle-senior level talents for our clients in China, including contract negotiation, job description finalizing, sourcing, interview arrangements, coordination clients and candidates;- Executive search and follow up with clients and candidates independently; Direct sourcing of prospective candidates in targeted companies; Screen & identify potential candidates by interviews;- Prepare candidate reports, progress reports and reference check reports etc;- Interview 1000+ IT candidates and build up the strong candidate’s database;- Expert in Infrastructure Manager/ Project Manager / Information security Manager/ E-commerce Manager/ BP Manager positions.

- Responsible for client human resource dispatch management, including new employee check-in and check-out procedure, social insurance, accumulation fund, residence policies and labor contract management;- Provide HR SSC on-site service to big clients like SDO.com /Blizzard; - Provide training to client on human resource polices;
