I am a dedicated and seasoned IT staffing professional with more than 30 years of experience delivering top technology talent and IT solutions to businesses.Starting out on the front lines really provided an invaluable start to my IT recruiting career. As I ascended the ranks from recruiter to my current role as Chief Growth Officer at McCann Partners, I’ve had tremendous opportunity to understand the constantly evolving IT challenges facing today’s businesses. But while understanding those challenges is key, taking that knowledge and then developing solutions that help businesses thrive is the most rewarding part.IT is a unique industry with unique challenges, and one of the most pressing issues facing technology is the opportunity for women to advance their careers in this field. I am passionate about attracting, retaining and advancing women in technology, and am a proud founding member of ARA. What began as a quarterly dinner among friends has grown into a national organization which seeks to promote women in technology through mentoring and events. It was truly an honor when my ARA co-founders and I were named to the Techweek 100 in 2015, a list identifying leaders who have made a significant impact on the technology and innovation ecosystem in their area. I was also selected by Chicago Tribune’s Blue Sky Innovation as a member of their Vault, a community dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship.In addition to working with a variety of technology leaders through McCann Partners and ARA, I am honored to be a co-founder of the Chicago Executive Women’s Networking Group, a sponsor and volunteer for i.c. stars, and a mentor for for Chicago Innovation Woman's Mentoring Cohort.
