Over the years I have worked as a Secretary in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office; as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of Ericsson Data Ltd in Burgess Hill, Sussex; as a Project Manager at Ericsson Consulting Services, Burgess Hill and later as a Senior Project Manager at AXA Tech UK, Bristol where I managed a number of diverse projects ranging from office moves within the UK, application upgrades, installation of a time recording system, laptop rollouts, mobile phone rollouts, global projects and my last project was to be part of a program team in the identification of a 40% staff reduction, including staff with a TUPE agreement. My role involved the following:-§ Project managed £27m organisational separation following a business sale, moving business applications from both the UK and Swiss data centres to a UK based location§ Led a major decommissioning and relocation program following an organisation separation/transformation§ Led technical dress rehearsals and data synchronisation exercises as part of application re-hosting migration§ Lead multiple asset transfer project as part of an organisation separation/transformation§ Managed key customer and supplier stakeholders as part of application re-hosting migrationMy early working life has given me the skills to take into my current role as a project manager within the Holistic Healing industry where I now use different 'tools'. I understand both the corporate/business world and the complementary world (holistic world). I understand and respect the way healers work, the timescales they work too and I'm also very aware that there can be a lot of overwhelm when trying to launch businesses within the healing world.I work with women who want to invest in themselves and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Women who want to be empowered. Women who would like the support and guidance with taking those next steps and women who may have already taken those steps towards their soul work, their soul business but found that all those organisational tasks (the boring bits) were a little overwhelming and were not sure where to start.I will support you by using my project management skills but also with a great understanding of the healing world. We will use the same tools which I used to navigate me through some challenging times along the way. These were found in the nature kingdom – flower essences, essential oils, colour. I will work with you on a 1-2-1 basis and our work will be done in a very safe and confidential space where you will feel you can just be yourself.
