I specialize in working with trauma, challenges, roadblocks, and uncertainty to help my clients find freedom from overthinking, gain clarity, and take aligned action towards their personal and professional goals.My approach combines elements of traditional therapy and coaching, with a focus on developing greater self-awareness, insight, and self-regulation. I believe that listening, compassion, acceptance, and appreciation are key to creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their underlying beliefs, values, and behaviours that may be contributing to their current challenges.Using techniques such as parts work, somatic experiencing, mindfulness practices, positive psychology, and solution-focused coaching, I provide guidance and support to help my clients stay on track with their goals and commitments. My ultimate intention is for clients to discover their true selves and find joy, freedom, and happiness in their lives.Through my own inner work and experience working with others, I have come to believe that there is nothing wrong with anyone. There is nothing broken that needs to be fixed, nothing wrong that needs to be made right, and nothing about anyone that needs to be 'more' or 'whole' in order to live their best life.
