I have been fortunate to have built a rewarding portfolio career as a transformational change executive, board director, and strategic crisis consultancy owner. Experienced in leading people to get things done within challenging environments - I am passionate, energetic, curious, innovative.I have overseen government health service transformation, staff of up to 500 and budgets to $100 million, alongside delivering state-wide services, operational reviews, large outplacement programs, significant infrastructure and policy projects, and providing pandemic, emergency and disaster communications management. My board work has involved national advocacy, financial turnarounds, organisational restructures, and rapid service delivery change for peak bodies, not-for-profit and membership organisations. I also run board strategy and governance workshops and mentor emerging board members and senior executives.The pandemic brought exciting opportunities across the globe. I was delighted to launch StormBirds with my business partner Leonie Vandeven. We wanted to make a difference by working to anticipate crisis, support strategy during disruption, and leverage opportunities for organisational growth after the storm has passed.
