In my role as Director of Development for Indraloka, I am responsible for planning, organizing, and directing fundraising activities, events and campaigns. I oversee budgeting, direct daily operational activities, and mentor staff. I work closely with the Founder and the Board of Directors to develop, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives and in all development, stewardship, and fund raising endeavors.Saving and changing lives....Founded in 2005, Indraloka Animal Sanctuary is a private, non-profit, charitable (501c3) organization that provides “heaven on earth” for farm animals that have nowhere else to turn. While rescuing and providing for the animals is central to Indraloka’s mission, our ultimate goals are to:- provide peaceful refuge and an ecologically-minded, kindness-based culture and environment- to inspire, enlighten and educate all who visit, helping them to make the connection between their own health and well-being and to that of the environment and animals. Lehigh Valley Professionals was created in 2002 to foster a forum where professionals can meet in a welcoming environment to network and find employment. Responsible for supporting the integrity of Global Operations – reviewing and monitoring processes; analyzing and mitigating risks; establishing policies and procedures and ensuring adherence.

Accountable for all remote site activities and operations for this global Business Process Outsource service provider. Formulated and executed management strategy, operating policy, budget, and capital expenditures. Directed more than 50 core staff and external temporary staff performing lock box, data capture, and customer service functions. Oversaw production, facility maintenance and security, equipment and technical support, audit compliance, disaster recovery plan, human resources, occupational health, client account management, 3rd party vendor services, and landlord relationship. Supported sales, marketing, product management, and client services teams through: lead generation, conducting site tours, cost benchmarking, definition and execution of client contracts, reporting on performance metrics, attending client business reviews, and providing input to RFP requests. Collaborated with IT in executing service solutions. Provided subject matter expertise and consultation to clients.

Oversaw activities and staff engaged in the execution of marketing plans aimed at new business conversion, long term retention, inventory management, fulfillment and distribution services for magazine, book, and product customers. Primary contact with internal clients including: Marketing, Editorial, Advertising, Newsstand Sales. Owner of vendor contracts and services for: Order Management, Customer Service, Printing/Mailing, Postal, Audits, and Subscription Agents.
