Jane F. Responsibilities also included asset management of complex development deals and distressed properties. Ms Hoffner’s workout experience includes more than 6 years of workout experience, negotiating loan workouts and managing REO portfolios, working for the FADA for two years and for Hanford Healy from 1991 through 1995. Prior real estate and financial experience includes employment at O’Donnell Armstrong & Partners and Salomon Brothers.
