Janeida graduated at the top of her class for Esthetics from Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics. Previously has worked as a lead medical esthetician at exclusive world premier resort spas, Chataeu Elan in Braselton, GA and The Spa at Ballantyne Resort & Lodge in Charlotte, NC. Most recently has worked for a TOP Plastic Surgeon in the nation, assisting with injectables and prepping patients for surgery, as well as assisting with the hiring needs of the surgery center. After years of developing a skill to recognize talent, Janeida quickly made an impact finding quality candidates. She regularly attends continuing education classes, seminars, and workshops in order to further her knowledge and better serve her clients. She is focused and has a positive attitude, which serves her well while putting in the long hours to source candidates for clients.
