Oversee day to day operations of the program’s milieu according to the program’s contract, DCF, DEEC and Eliot’s policies and procedures.Commit to the principles of Trauma Informed Care and the ARC (Attachment, Regulation and Competency) model.Become trained in Trauma Informed Care and Interventions, and ARC and use these models within all aspects of the work.Responsible for developing, facilitating, and adhering to all program activities.Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining all assigned staff.Responsible for providing in shift training, modeling, coaching and feedback.Responsible for participating in Family Time, including modeling, and practicing effective skills and interventions with youth and family.Facilitate and attend as directed, all meetings associated with the operation of the program, including administrative, staff, shift change, and treatment team meetings.Serve as a member of the administrative team and the on-call rotation.
