Experienced in instructional design, eLearning, and videography and also a qualified drone pilot. Working with Articulate 360 on a daily basis to develop both soft skill and IT system training. I have also developed user guides, facilitator manuals and quick reference guides. I have written procedures for user acceptance testing of IT systems and the consequent training material. The learning I produce is interactive and creative; I use video and animation to build engaging scenarios. I film and edit live footage which I use in my elearning modules. I am currently producing videos for CBA. In 2015 I received the CEO partnership award for ‘excellence in service delivery’ from Dimension Data Learning Solutions. For 5 eLearning modules I designed for the Optus / Singtel Group and ACT Health.I also have experience in scoping initial business requirements with customers, story boarding the content and meeting with SMEs, design and development of the learning, stakeholder review and loading the learning to the LMS.
