Socially responsible startup tackling the Covid induced learning gap in homeschooling. Received one acquisition offer- Co-created vision and 1 year strategic plan with milestones for the whole company Focused on developing an app with user generated and external edu resources, which was then implemented through the startup lifetime (using Trello, Slack)- Led a 4-person UX/UI design team to deliver fully polished interface. From user research, through wireframes, to fully polished interface (in Figma)- Conducted user research, market analysis to deliver fully fledged MVP- Co-managed a social media campaign that reached as much as 650k+ in views (IG, TikTok, FB). Additionally, promoted the project in both traditional (media mentions and interviews in TV, Radio, Podcasts, Papers etc.)- Organised over 15 workshops (both external and internal) and an event concerning Homeschooling- Recruited, hired and onboarded new employees and arranged help of 20+ Volunteers- Pitched our idea in various contests in front of investors and mentors
