Current- Managing end-to-end process for email marketing from initial briefing and kickoff to reporting performance during marketing meetings for 3 lines of business.
- Creating email and SMS lifecycles for onboarding and seasonal moments that align to brand and product priorities.
- Setting-up and launching email campaigns leveraging customer segmentation and campaign creatives
- Testing and QA'ing all emails, ensuring accuracy of content and links
- Continually identifying and implement improvements to the email campaign process
- A/B testing subject lines, creative, merch grids, and product personalization to optimize email engagement and revenue.
