• Manage the clerical functions associated with the day-to-day operation of the purchasing service, including bid and specification preparation, issuance of purchase orders, tracking of spend, tracking of Purchase Orders.
• Own the Purchase Order Generation to Invoice Reconciling section of the Resourcing Process.
• Issue and Track all Purchase Orders and reconcile against invoices submitted following an existing process.
• Own Invoicing process for all external Contractors and Vendors.
• Track all procurement assignments at all times.
• Daily communications and negotiation with external Contractors & Vendors to ensure projects are within assigned budgets.

• Reports – daily, weekly or monthly depending on customer requirements
• Order processing
• Bespoke requests
• Quotes
• Customer responses/clarification
• Stock management

• Working as part of the front office counter team.
• Carry out inter Credit Union account transfers.
• Joining new members to the credit union.
• Provided support to back office team; taking phone queries including laser payments, passing on messages when needed and answering emails coming into the credit union.
• Co-operation with CEO/Operations Manager in the development and/or implementation of new services.
• Attend workshops and training programs such as security awareness, data protection, Anti Money Laundering and Ethics.

• Correspondence with suppliers
• Administering invoices vis-a-vis same (using 'Oracle' financing software)
• Payment of weekly wage for 15 Drivers using 'Kronos' accounts software.
• This entails scheduling their deliveries & collections
• Numerous regular reports to deadline, using 'Waredoc' software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Weekly wages of 20 project staff
