We practice traditional waterfall, PRINCE2 and Scrum methodologies, depending on a project. Wide range of competencies ensures that ByteLife can successfully execute even the most complex IT projects. In nowadays world you can not simply rely on one or two skills to achieve that, but instead you have to be flexible and able to implement solutions with sophisticated architecture and multiple integration points. Most of our projects don’t cover just one competency, but usually involve mixed solutions (i.e. storage, network, virtualization, etc).
