Responsible for managing all accounting and finance operations of the organization, treasury/cash management, insurance, payroll and benefits. Involvement in the acquisition and growth of Tonka Bay’s portfolio companies.

Primary responsibilities included accounting and reporting, external audits, budgeting and forecasting, and presentations to oversight committees.

Assisted the VP-Finance, VP-Taxes, and VP-Corporate Secretary with special projects such as acquisitions, 401k Plan oversight, and investment management. Additional duties included managing external audits, consolidation of group company operations, and tax compliance.

Oversight of audits of mid-sized clients primarily in manufacturing and distribution industries. Experience included mainly private clients with a few public companies.
