Communication is key, and this is what I do best. I always find myself trying to think from the other person's point of view, express empathy for others, and make sure people's voices are heard. I have been blessed with a gift to genuinely care for others, hence work in healthcare. I am passionate about tracing back to the origin of health conditions (addressing timeline of events, adverse effects of medication therapy, lifestyle risk factors, etc.) Patients going through hardships from their health conditions reinforces my motivation for this passion. As a pharmacist, I serve as a mediator between multiple parties including prescribers, nurses, patients, and insurance companies. Having practical experience as a retail pharmacist, I strive to implement my observations and skills into a setting that is focused on optimizing each individual's health and quality of life.
