I was a founder of the Integrated Offender Management ((IOM) method of joint working in 2010. I currently work as an expert advisor in the field of interagency safeguarding.I have specialist skills in:-Practice Risk assessment Quality Assurance, Serious Further Offence Reviews ,Serious Case Reviews, team management, performance improvement, mentoring and training.
