I started working as a personal trainer in Mequon, WI in 2019 while in school at Concordia University. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology in December 2020 and continued to grow my clientele in Mequon. In June 2022 the gym I had been working at switched the business plan, so to continue training at the same location I decided to start my own business. This meant becoming becoming the owner of Jane E Training LLC and renting studio space from Pure Fitness. This allowed me the freedom of being my own boss and ability to expand my business with very low risk.
