• Thirteen years of experience working as a Materials/Production Planner at Nemak Alabama• Eight years’ experience as acting Supervisor for MPL Department to include management of four shipping clerks as well as two office personnel. • Manage a supplier base of 15 companies to include machining outsourcing as well as component suppliers to ensure accurate orders based on current demand and ensure on-time deliveries. • High level involvement with New Programs and implementation within the MPL team to ensure a successful launch.• Work with Purchasing and Buyers to support the plants needs such as packaging materials, component supply, logistics transportation and machining services.• Self-Motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough. This includes production scheduling, scheduling of shipments, and serving as plant contact for Customer logistic needs and issues. • Play a key role in meeting the plants business objectives• Plan, develop and manage weekly/monthly/annual production schedules • Respond to changes in supply/demand alignment by adjusting production plans, communicating plans and significant plan changes to appropriate personnel• Ship product and maintain appropriate product inventory levels to ensure customer excellence• Work regularly with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Buyers, Quality and Customer Service• Experience with Smart System, CMMS, and EDI for obtaining Customer releases, answering promises, container management, delivery ratings, etc.• Inventory management, production and scrap monitoring via SAP and NORIS• Create SAP part numbers in SAP for new programs and/or engineering change.

• Update and maintain control of documentation such as work instructions and forms to ensure ISO compliance• Support and assist with quality training needs for plant personnel• Coordinate and conduct meetings for Process Changes and ensure procedures are followed according to guidelines• Update, analyze and research charts to identify the cause(s) of any peaks in scrap percentages• Internal company training with the ISO/TS 16949 auditing system in order to perform Qualified Internal Audits

• Work with all levels of management to ensure environmental compliance through yearly environmental audits• Perform monthly complex inspections to identify and resolve environmental issues• Oversee required wastewater sampling/testing and manage recycling as well as proper disposal of hazardous/non-hazardous waste management • Update and implement various plans required by the State and EPA; conducted annual, bi-annual, quarterly and monthly reporting required by the State and EPA including EPCRA reporting sections 311, 312 and 313• Certifications Obtained: RCRA and DOT Hazardous Materials Management, International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) and certification in ADEM Visible Emissions
