All of my work was grounded in the latest research on human psychology, behavior change, and consumer marketing. I was onboarded, trained, and managed remotely, and have a unique empathy for how to support remote workers from the moment they accept their offer and beyond.

I managed the ongoing execution and evolution of 6 L&D programs for people leaders and individual contributors grounded in Stitch Fix’s core values. I’m most proud of leading the transformation of the holistic new hire onboarding experience, and implementing the international Onboarding and L&D strategy in our new UK office. I also supported the creation, roll-out, and analysis of our biannual employee engagement survey via Ultipro.Program topics ranged from: culture and values; performance management; leadership development; giving and receiving feedback; and crucial conversations.

I traded yellow cabs and Halal Guys for double-decker buses and fish 'n chips when I got my master's at LSE's School of Management. My coursework and research combined HRM, Organizational Change, Leadership, Innovation, and Knowledge Management, all studied through a global, cross-cultural lens. The more I learned about org behavior, the more I wondered: Why did some growth-stage companies manage to stay agile and innovative while most others their age plateaued and became more traditional, mechanistic organizations? I designed my Dissertation research to answer this question and found a powerful link between learning cultures and innovative performance in growth-stage companies. I'm happy to share my findings if you're interested! I was also a student ambassador for the School of Management and a member of LSE Women in Business.

I moved onto the Talent Development team to support the delivery of successful learning experiences for all of NBCU's global businesses, including: coordinating day-of logistics, managing venue and space details, organizing functional needs assessments, creating printed collateral, and coordinating evaluations and course nominations for Talent Lab experiences.I also directly supported the Chief Talent Officer as the liaison for her three direct reports and their respective businesses: Talent Acquisition and Campus Programs, Executive Search, and Talent Development.

I was responsible for all aspects of the East Coast intern experience, from sourcing to onboarding, L&D to connecting interns to full-time positions within NBCU. I'm most proud of spearheading the redesign of intern orientation, transforming it from a two-hour event in a conference room to a half-day interactive experience reflective of a media company’s upfront presentation.Developing a real passion for people development, I was tapped to partner with the Talent Development team to design and pilot a 6-month L&D experience for early career employees across all NBCU businesses.

After my internship, I was hired full-time onto the Campus Programs team. I managed the NBCU Campus Ambassador program, supporting 11 former interns nation-wide in producing campus events and marketing projects, increasing applications for the summer internship program. I also onboarded, supported, and trained all East Coast interns for spring, summer, and fall semesters, and played a leading role in launching NBCU's intern employer brand- we were named one of Glassdoor's Top 10 Internship Programs within a year.

In this "meta-intern" role, I coached and supported fellow East Coast interns in all aspects of professional development, increasing the number of interns hired into full-time positions at NBCU. I created a biweekly intern newsletter chock-full of actionable development tips, delivered intern L&D sessions, and planned/managed networking events to connect interns to each other and to hiring managers across NBCU.

I was the all-around hype woman for NYU’s Career Center! Working at Wasserman ignited my passions for developing people and championing a cause. My role as a peer career coach grew to include integrated employer branding, event management, digital content creation for blogs and social, and recruiting and training new student ambassadors each year.

I supported strategic partnerships and employer branding opportunities with companies hiring top millennial talent, managed a robust digital content library, and produced career-and-community-building events for the NYC network.Levo, the Latin root of the word “elevate,” encompasses Levo's mission: to elevate your career.
