As a Director of College Counseling at Student Leadership Network, I leverage my Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Iona University to provide guidance and support to high school students from underserved communities. My core competencies include counseling, career counseling, and job coaching, as well as data analysis, program evaluation, and staff development.In my previous role as a Program Director at The Bronx Institute, I managed a middle school after school program, where I recruited, trained, and supervised staff, assessed curriculum and activities, and ensured compliance with various regulations. During the pandemic, I transitioned to a college access coach, where I assisted and empowered college students with resources, mentorship, and advocacy. I am passionate about helping students achieve their academic and professional goals, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
