Employed in IT RSM Forecourt System Responsible with focus on alarms from the forecourt managing system: SiteInfo. In this task I use my knowledge of the various forecourt equipment. Combined with correct alarm setup SFR can initiate proactive maintenance ensuring customers are met with functioning petrolstations even on unmanned sites. A part of the job is to ensure new versions are according to specification in collaboration with internal peers and vendor, test and plan new releases, but also daily maintenance as user setup, documentation of functionality and alignment of setup across the 7 European countries that currently are using the system. As System Responsible for Category Management systems, like Spaceman, StorPlanner and Pricebook, I perform upgrades, making mass updates using SQL enquiries, solving daily operation issues, contact to external vendors and other IT related tasks around the systems.

Employed in IT Operation Transport Fuel. (IT OPR TF) As System responsible for the Fleet planning system, the interfaces in IO4SAP and MobiControl, I participate in the migration of all IT to new infrastructure provider. This involve all aspects such as setting up new Windows Server, Oracle databases, batch-scripting, changing teleprovider for data communication, requesting AD-groups, FW-openings and installing our special developed systems. At the same time I am still an active part of the daily operation and participate in off duty watches for all logistic applications.

Employed in Global Business Solutions, IT Logistics Solutions (GBS BAS DOW LOG), which delivers business application services Downstream for the Energy & Retail division. The primary systems are fleet planning of truck distribution integrated with the mobile devices in trucks and depot operations systems used for oil loadings. As System responsible for the Fleet planning system (DSS and OBC) my focus is the daily maintenance/ operation of the software running on windows servers and Oracle database using MSMQ, batch-scripts and mobile communication, installation and test of new versions, followed by scripting installation packages for clients using Wise.

Employed in NCR PMS (Petrol Management Systems), which is NCR’s European ”Center of Expertise” within sales, development and support of integrated solutions (Octane2000) for downstream petrol industry.Product responsible for Octane2000 Host Application, which primary application is the Dry Stock Price book, used to control assortment on service station (Category Management)As product responsible I am taking part of all phases around the system: Sales documentation, pre-sale, project definition, installation and setup at customers, development of new functions, testspecifications, test, release documentation and training. Employed in International Diesel Service (IDS) technical support. IDS is dedicated to the fuelling needs of long haul and international road transport companies. The IDS network is mainly unmanned OPT-sites. Development of new technology, to be used on private fleet owner stations (home-sites) and IDS-sites, often as contact person towards external vendors.Programming of small applications to be used as interface between the home-sites and the customers IT-system. Maintenance and installation new private installed stations an and the public IDS-stations, which included support to on-site service organisation, but also repair of OPTs and connected equipment (PC’s, modems, printers and interfaces)
