I had the pleasure of being part of the team at Embassy Suites San Marcos, TX for nearly 10 years. In that time I held a variety of positions and have a great understanding of both the Operations and Sales aspect of hospitality. I have extensive knowledge in the use of Sertifi, Profit Sage, Emenus, Hilton R&I, and PM, Social Tables, CVent, Meeting Broker, Sales Force, Delphi, and Workday. As a Director I managed teams, created menus, implemented pricing, created and enforced standards.And then……Covid hit. I was furloughed like so many others, uncertain of my future, worried about what was next. In August I was blessed to return to work with Atrium Hospitality as a Lead Analyzer. The position was a new one for the company with a lot of unknowns. With flexibility and perseverance we established procedures and standards that made the team an essential part of the sales process. In April of 2022 I was offered the position of Sales System and Technology Manager. In this role have the opportunity to.use my experience while continuing to grow. I am grateful for the opportunity and excited to be a part of a company that values its workforce and prioritizes promoting from within. #atriumproud
