I am currently a Superintendent, Elementary Principal, Curriculum Director, Professional Development Leader, Title Coordinator, and Special Education Director. Yes, you read that correctly! I am one person doing her best to fulfill six full-time positions. As an experienced education professional, I currently serve as the Treasurer and Secretary for the Mitchell Area Superintendent Group and am an active member of the Parker Development Committee. I have a strong commitment to professional development, having participated in Toastmasters for two years and completed the Ed Porthan Peer Evaluation training.I am also engaged in the SASD Leadership Academy through Dakota Consulting, where I continue to expand my leadership skills. I am a certified VIP Kid instructor where I provide virtual educational lessons to children in other countries. In addition, I have played a key role in the development of teacher evaluation tools, contributing to the enhancement of educational standards.I am passionate about fostering growth and innovation within all sectors from business to education, continually seeking opportunities to collaborate and improve practices that positively impact schools and communities.
