Assist the Financial Accounts Manager in the daily operation of Accounts Receivable. Meet receivables goal of $1M+ monthly by distribution of invoices, processing credit card payments, and keeping good correspondence with customers via telephone/email. Also, maintain good communication with International customers regarding invoices and payments. Keep accurate notes on accounts. Resolve accounting issues, process write-offs, credits and unapplied payments. If needed, type letters to customers for collection purposes. Create and implement credit limits for all customers. Send weekly reports to CEO for executive meetings, developed a system for credit references and applications for new customers. Process purchase requisitions for payable purposes. Daily use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
