• Report worker's compensation claims for clients to the assigned carrier • Update, maintain and report OSHA logs for 7 different clients • Liaison with adjusters to ensure they have all needed information, request medical records after doctor's appointments, and ensure that the client is getting the best outcome for each claim reported.

• Receive real-time injury calls, determine and facility immediate care plan, and follow up with implementation of the company policies • Update, maintain and report over one hundred OSHA logs • Report all claims to the insurance company and work as a liaison with the adjuster in ensuring that the injured worker continues to seek relevant and appropriate care • Ensure that all claims have been reported into our claim inventory system and diligently continue to input and update all work statuses, follow up appointments, and injury information • Update company stakeholders regularly on the overall status of the worker’s compensation statuses along with any additional unusual cases • Work with hired counsel in regards to resolving any litigated cases

Contact Insureds and Claimants to review and set expectations for next steps.Execute administrative duties efficiently and accurately.Review appraisals and ensure that no options are missing or added and work with appraiser to ensure that report is accurateDiscuss any value disputes with claimants and insureds and explain what further documentation is needed for their value to be reconsidered.

Determines compensability of claims and administers benefits, based upon state statute and guidelinesMake contact via phone and email with the injured party, the employer and the medical doctor within 24 hours of receiving the new claim to introduce myself and to explain the worker’s compensation process.Manage up to 180 claim files at any given time. Each file has to be reviewed every 60 days; actions include anything from coordinating medical appointments to assigning an investigator to either interview an injured worker or conduct surveillance.Manage medical treatment and analyzed the treatment being requested prior to authorizingCoordinate, organize and lead a weekly roundtable for the trainees in the office to go over difficult claims or any questions that they have in regards to specific incidents.Build relationships with Insureds whose claims have been dedicated to me in order to ensure that they are satisfied with how their claims are being handled and to answer any and all questions they may have in regards to specific claims or injuries.Organize and maintain a task system in order to review and document an ongoing action plan on each assigned file in order to bring the file to closure.
