This process helps clients strategically market their unique and intrinsic value to organizations that would appreciate and align with their values and beliefs.As a former client of the Higher Landing 10-week COVID Career Boot Camp (July to September 2020 cohort), "Grizzly Certified", and an Indigenous female STEM professional with 20+ years of diverse oil sands experience, I received extreme value from the program and am passionate about paying this experience forward to other professionals.This program allowed me to explore and own my key strength as a “coach”, forge my identity as “Mother Eagle”, and channel my purpose to build, protect, and nurture the nest.This realization gave me the courage and permission to progressively pivot my career from engineering to career transformation coaching and facilitating after completing the Higher Landing program.I continued my Higher Landing journey by volunteering to facilitate clinics in January 2021, which progressed to part-time career transformation coaching in May 2021 and then to full-time coaching in March 2023.I provide one-on-one career transformation coaching to Higher Landing's clients to facilitate them in securing meaningful employment by the end of their 3-month career transformation journeys.Since January 2023 I have served clients through 831 coaching sessions and counting. I am known for my direct and clear communication, personalized branding strategies, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurial mindset, attitude and perspective, idea generation and connection, motivating and encouraging, and process and systems driven approach.
