Further, I tracked available funds and projected expenditures for all 11 Iraq construction projects to ensure projects remained within budget. I gathered data and prepared financial and schedule reports for senior management to brief the Bureau Director. In addition, I have acted as the Administrator for technical reviews of construction solicitation bids. I have led the technical review of bid proposals for 16 new construction contracts with total budget of $1B.
