CurrentPartner with designers, clinicians, principal investigators, and key stakeholders to assess research needs and develop research planDesign and execute up to 5 studies simultaneously, uncovering user behavior and attitudes, using tailored methodology and measurement Facilitate user interviews both in person and remotely to garner user insights and analyze first hand experiencesInitiate and execute research and analysis to gain deeper insights into user challenges and provide input for solution developmentReport on results, draw conclusions, and develop and communicate recommendations for design and usability requirements Develop and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships to ensure highest quality outcomes and broad adoption of findingsPresent research findings to diverse audiences both internal and external to the organization through written and oral presentations
