My experience with government boards, commissions, authorities and corporations make me well placed to understand the challenges facing the industry clients I represent. In my time at Holding Redlich I gained extensive experience in the operation and application of security of payment legislation, acted on behalf of respondents in security of payment disputes and experienced in the unique complications to challenging claims at adjudication and before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. I developed a high level of skill in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and acted in proceedings involving multiple parties with great success in assisting a negotiated outcome.
