Why do I believe women should grow their confidence muscle? 💪🏼➖ Women make up 48% of entry-level employees but only 23% of C-Suite Executives. Why does this gap in pay exist?➖There are many reasons these gaps exist, and I believe one of them is a subconscious lack of self-confidence and self-worth.
