I am a 1st Year University Student at the University of South Australia, studying a Bachelor of Business (Event Management and Tourism). I am a result driven learner and have plenty of experience in a variety of customer service positions through both volunteer labour and paid working environments. I am currently employed at Big W as a customer service officer, and I am always seeking out to further improve my skill sets and expand upon my knowledge, all whilst putting to use the attributes I already have.I possess a passion for management and the societal impact festivities bring, conducting and executing projects, and making a difference to those around me. I have a strong background in business through family contributions such as assisting in my father’s Karate business and assisting management for his organised tournaments, as well as from studying commerce and business all throughout high school. I am hard working to achieve results whilst always keeping a positive attitude, and I am both affective in working as an individual and as a team player.
