She had artists' schedules planned out unusually far in advance, and yet was able to adjust them very quickly and fluidly as needed. She stayed well informed about everything that was going on with shots in progress and made sure the right people were always looped in on every ongoing problem. She was able to balance rendering needs and priorities across the entire team. She made sure that at no point was anyone overwhelmed with any task(s) while help was available.
