About Janell Ream

With 10+ years of data experience I feel I can accurately say that I have found my dream job. I am passionate about getting to know stakeholders and working alongside them to uncover the true potential of their data platform and how technology can support them not only by providing new features and bridging gaps but also streamlining current processes and technology debt. My career has walked a fine line between analytics and technology which puts me in a unique position to not only understand the business user and Senior Leader's needs but also capture and relay what the technical teams need to deliver on those needs.When I'm not in front of a laptop I can be found out in nature whether it's walking a trail in my community or summiting mountains in Colorado or Peru or adventuring through Turkey or Greece. I love spending time with my nieces and nephews and traveling the world and meeting new people.
