• Worked closely with the Timetable & Financial Coordinator (another PhD student) and reported to the Music Department’s Director of Research. • Was responsible for managing the bi-weekly, Autumn & Spring term lecture series: tasks included internal promotion & maintenance of event listings, hosting guest speakers, logistics co-ordination, technical support, and presenting duties/chairing post-talk Q&A’s. • Identified gap (lack of internal opportunities for Music PhD students to share research): decided to extend into Summer term by organising and implementing a series of 8 PhD speakers, including a pilot of remote overseas presentations. Director of Research was satisfied and provided additional remuneration.

• Identified and targeted potential business/funding opportunities, negotiated and secured contracts, liaised with stakeholders (festival organisers, venue managers, audiences). • Oversaw communications, logistics, finances, and administration, enabling high-quality performances/workshops consistently on time, within budget, and to clients’ satisfaction.• Ran quarterly newsletter for mailing list, built website, and produced live concert videos, with 8.5K views on YouTube, 1000+ Facebook followers, and 200+ Instagram followers.• Developed a nationwide reputation as an innovative ensemble known for creating thought-provoking, research-based, and immersive live concert experiences.
