As the personal assistant to a small business host this was an on-call 24/7 position. I assisted in travel logistics for incoming clients in English including travel logistics to assist them during their stay. Informing guests at all hours for anything from emergency services to travel guides in Italy. This demanding job was quite rewarding as I was in contact with people from all over the world. IN turn I was also required to plan daily calendars, update apartment files using excel and word documents organizing stays in coordination with cleaning staff and repairmen.
