Completed gap analysis audit completed and indentified opportunities. Sales in excess of £130m, average margin 35% • Recruited, coached and mentored a team of business managers and successful developed the talent pool • Initiated, developed and implemented a new Business Managers client review presentation pack, the quarterly Executive summary and the quarterly industry update slides which resulted in a consistent, standardised communications platform and better productivity • Member of the Crisis management team, co-ordinated the business management team and ensured that there are clear communications and actions required by each party

• Effective led a regional team of approx 170 people to include 5 BTC’s and 3 Implants. Fully accountable for budgets, forecasting, responsible for the client relationships and managed organisation restructures. • Worked as part of the team that created the new homeworking concept, led the pilot, evaluated productivity, analysed the skill-set, personality match and technology compatibility. Rolled out the concept within the network as part of the restructure’s. This resulted in retaining excellent consultants, consistent servicing and maintaining service level agreements.• Collaborated with Global partners on a strategic basis when clients were implemented, worked with some new partners in order to align them to the HRG brand and processes. • Worked alongside Business in the community, mentored a homeless person to prepare for employment. • Member of the Crisis management team, co-ordinated the back-up team for the 24hour team which ensured that the emergency team expand at a rapid pace. • Won Manager of the year 2007 ( TTG Awards)
