I combine a multi-decade career in Human Resources with 20+ years raising my autistic son to help parents, employees and businesses thrive. In 2009 I paused my career to establish and lead a homeschool for my son. Dedicated to helping him reach his potential, I became a student of neurodiversity and spent 8 years and over 18,000 hours working with him 1:1. I hired and trained a team of 30 and together, we inspired his growth from a withdrawn, exclusive child to an outgoing and social young man.After successfully transitioning my son back into the school system, I founded NAVIGATE AUTISM and began coaching parents globally, helping them better understand, connect with, and support their neurodiverse children. I produced and hosted an AUTISM TALK SHOW that grew to national syndication and reached 35 million globally. Positive feedback from viewers inspired me to expand my impact, and I began TRAINING & SPEAKING to small businesses, Government agencies, Healthcare organizations, and Fortune 500 companies who are eager to create a neuro-inclusive culture and support parents of neurodiverse children.
