Graphic designer (Freelance): - Development of new visual package for labels and hang tags etc.- Creating marketing collateral as catalog, look book, presentation, sales meeting material etc.- Coordination of photoshoots in China- Updates on social media Merchandiser: - Assist designer with development of new collections, presenting inspiration and trends- Participate in the creative development of new concepts/trend presentations/brand identity- Ensure commercial perspective on the daily operations and provide back up for the designer- Organize and update collection database, approval of materials and continuously coordinate to ensure on-time delivery in order to make deadline and production schedule- Function as a link between Asia and Europe to ensure efficiency in daily operations- Liaising with suppliers in Hong Kong and China, establish and maintain relationships. - Quality check and visits to suppliers in China

- Increasing sales through marketing campaigns in 200+ retail stores.
