An engaged and enthusiastic networking professional who has a high level of interest in the detail of networking technology, particularly around automation. I am especially interested in furthering my knowledge and my professional history reflects this; I have moved roles when I have stopped experiencing challenge or learning new things. I have a wide knowledge of a number of operating systems and applications, and regularly conduct personal research to increase this knowledge in order to solve problems. In the past I have worked within the testing field, with a focus on developing automated processes to increase efficiency. I am particularly passionate about making sure that processes and systems help rather than hinder their users, and have been involved in a number of initiatives to change, define, or refine processes.
