Responsible for all the people related elements of the HR solution of a bid including:~ Developing HR responses, presenting our people transfer approach to clients, verbally and in writing. ~ Engaging with the deal architects, technical solution owners, commercial and finance representatives to identify the people costs, risks, assumptions issues and dependencies associated with the solution and supporting the negotiation of all people related commercial dialogue. ~ Performing due diligence across locations, countries and incumbents and providing feedback into the customer discussions, and compiling due diligence reports. ~ Working with the business, legal and commercial to build a case for or against a TUPE transfer. ~ Post contract signature, provide a handover to HR transition lead, offering support where needed. For large scale, complex, multi-country and multi-region transitions:~ Act as HR Transition Manager, building a team of trusted HR specialists in country and region, including Employee Relations, Payroll, Pensions, Reward and Learning and Development to deliver the successful transfers of staff on entry or exit to the Company. ~ Manage all transfer elements, with particular attention to local laws, regulations and policies, to include consultation, communication, reporting, pay and benefit alignment. ~ Ensuring resources are effectively transferred and where necessary redeployed or redundant, with all risks of Employment Legal Claims mitigated, service continuity to our customer is maintained and successful delivery of the HR transfer process into business as usual.
