I am an eminently practical individual with a finely tuned ability to think on my feet in order to resolve problems. I have a keen eye for detail, a focus on good design and am able to visualise a final product and convey this well to the customer - often utilising my Adobe Photoshop skills to mock up a design in situ! I am at my happiest when I can be hands-on and see a project through from initial concept to delivery and installation.My current role of Web and VLE Support Officer encompasses a number of different responsibilities from developing and maintaining the School web based resources and managing the University Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) to designing and producing large scale artwork to improve the visual appeal of the campus.I have been in post almost 19 years and find myself in the position of the "go-to" person for almost any query, regardless of whether the question relates to my role!
