• Ensured compliance to all local, state, and federal regulations applicable to the EHSS and facility programs.• Developed, implemented and led employee emergency response teams including medical response, emergency evacuation, chemical spill response, insipient stage firefighting, and bomb search.• Created safety and environmental continuous improvement teams with the goal of turning the leadership of the teams over to the employees.
