• Kick-off, develop and run a new 3-year project financed by EU Social fund and Central Denmark Region. • Purpose: to create links between companies and international students at Aarhus University and Aarhus School of Architechture. • The project was extended twice due to good results. The team grew from 1 to 4 employees. • As the head of team I organized career services such as events and career counseling in order to prepare the students for business life. • I visited 400+ small and medium sized companies in Central Denmark Region to talk with them about the potentials in hiring international talent.• Administration and writing of project reports to Central Denmark Region and EU Social fund.
