With the increased global complexity of international taxation and social security legislation, my primary focus is on helping clients to navigate within this context from both a domestic and international perspective. For several years I have worked closely together with Danish and International clients from where I learned that one solution doesn´t fit all. I am often the point of contact for my clients and I make an effort to talk to my clients on a regular basis to understand their business and challenges. This to find a both practical and compliant solution which fits the clients business and helps the client to succeed. I have solid experience advising especially about cross border tax, int. social security, immigration, incentive schemes, global mobility policies as well as technology solutions that can e.g. optimize tracking of work days and compensation collection. As a part of my job I have been seconded twice. My first assignment was to EY US where I worked with the US team to share best practice and to make sure that we delivered uniform exceptional client service to our Danish client. My second assignment was to Switzerland to work on the Global Coordination team for one of EY´s priority accounts. We assisted the client in more than 67 locations with a wide range of services such as global compensation accumulation, shadow payroll, int. social security, stock and mobility services and compliance, which required a high level of coordination. As point of contact and to understand needed deliveries I often worked at the clients campus.
