Senior Sales Manager-North And East Region
Current Responsible for managing a business operation, which increases sales, profitability, market share. Assess market requirements, to identify sales opportunities, to prepare sales forecasts and proposes business plans for the region. Manage the region and team, follow high ethical standards and comply with all organizational regulations. Responsible for the Preparing and get implicated sales and Marketing Plans in the region. Recommend changes in Products, Service, and Policy etc. based on evaluation of results, market requirement and competitive development. Planning promotional activity, Organizing Seminars/Book fairs in colleges/Institutes/Universities. Meeting with Directors, HOD's and Faculties to get the recommendations of the products. Handling direct Distributors and Retailers for liquidation and availability of products. Team Management- Heading team of six persons; motivating and guiding them to achieve their individual targets.
