Pyrocore developed and manufactured proprietary advanced thermal treatment technologies designed to reduce waste volumes and recover valuable resources in form of biochar. I was a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the creation and execution of the business plan. With primary responsibility for managing and growing the engineering team in a hybrid working environment.I led the delivery of commercial-scale pyrolysis plants from manufacturing through commissioning to operational support. Providing technical and commercial expertise to contract reviews, including those with customers, suppliers, service level agreements, and government MOD contracts. Product development was another key part of my role, ensuring my team and I collaborated and contributed effectively to the development of our next generation design concept.

Penspen Ltd provides engineering and consultancy to the energy industry, with a global presence, serving clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. My focus was on oil and gas infrastructure, notable deliverables included:£3m/annum Fuel Management contract for St Helena Airport, South Atlantic. Responsible for shipping Jet A1 and ground fuels to St Helena, refuelling aircraft, supervising commissioning, providing client support and building an operations team from local resources, whilst preparing for the next project phase. Significantly improved relations with the St Helena Government Airport Directorate, unified and revitalized the project team, leading to successful project delivery. £2.4m Off-shore Compact Flotation Unit project. Led engineering design, procurement and commissioning, managing a multidisciplinary team of 16 engineers based in Bristol and Singapore. Drove compliance with international design codes and stringent client specifications. Successfully delivered CE marked product to client on schedule and budget.

DPS Ltd were an oil and gas consultancy where I was involved in a range of projects, key highlights include:Production of a Water Treatment Facility, Iraq - $2.3m: Guided the team in delivering the design for the Bai Hassan produced water treatment facility in Iraq, overcoming severe budget limitations and operational challenges.Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) Lewek Emas Project: Directed a multi-site engineering team of over 30 staff, delivering the complex design of five topside modules and an integration pipe-rack. Due to excellent performance project scope expanded to 90,000 man-hours.BW Pioneer FPSO Project - EPC contract worth £15m: Created and led a project team responsible for designing, procuring, and constructing two topside modules for the first FPSO to operate in the US Gulf of Mexico, successfully navigating a challenging regulatory environment.
