This includes POS systems, Check-in/Check-out services, Marketing, Design, Digital Signage, and Credit Card Processing.Recruitment:· Responsible for recruitment across Technical and Non-technical positions, serving as the main point of contact for hiring processes.· Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition to interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Employer Branding:· Manage and plan for Global Liaison’s LinkedIn and Fanpage of Global Liaison.· Do a good experience for candidates during the hiring process.· Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.Office Management:· Administrative Oversight: Manage and coordinate administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations; Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on daily tasks; Develop and implement office policies and procedures.· Financial Management: Assist in budget development and expense tracking; Process invoices, monitor expenditures, and report financial data as needed.HR Projects:· Lead Employee Engagement activities such as Staff meetings, Organizational event, Annual Health Examination, etc.· Support to the HR Manager by assisting with various assignments as required.

Recruitment:· Perform a 180-degree role by providing excellent customer service and superior candidate profiles· Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments· Manage full-lifecycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation· Contribute to building a smooth and professional recruitment process· Ensure the recruitment speed and results of the assigned vacancies are efficient to turn around time and candidate’s qualifications· Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accuratelyPeople Operations Management: · Work as Junior HRBP effectively manage 15 employees working at client's site· Work closely with Leadership team members on approved headcount budgets based on project budgets· Partner with Client groups and my team to identify and communicate back to the Associate Team based on client's requirement and business needs· Analyzes client business’s data and establish how to calculate and evaluate Associate's performance task· Successfully set up Year-End Performance Review Annual for the project and execute it with our employees· Effectively manage employee relations issues through weighing risks, exploring legal and company compliance concerns, and offering balanced recommendations· Support client group managers with performance management issues, providing advice and guidance as needed· Support and advise employees on various personnel matters such as leaves of absence, payroll, benefit administration, compensation, etc· Partner with Payroll and Benefits in conducting audits of wage and hour compliance as well as overall pay equity· Conduct exit interview with leaver(s) who have worked less than 6 monthsSuccessfully:· Individual Award in December 2020· Adecco Vietnam Award 2021: Covid-19 Hero

- Source, search, reviewing Resumes and applications for Internal hiring- Coordinating with Consultants and Candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing - Conducting recruitment/ exit interviews and recording them accordingly- Preparing letters such as Offer Letter and confirmation for Internal hiring- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities- Reviewing and updating job description for all assigned positions regularly- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates/ as per the requirement in consultation with the management- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization- Research and develop recruiting leads
